I started an orange peel quilt three years ago, as my winter project. The squares aren't easy to do, as they are elipses to join. I can make anything difficult and would like some help and/or suggestions for the proper way to sew them. Right now I'm following the instructions but feel like it's very difficult and time consuming. Can someone help me?

I have never done orange peel but have always admired the pattern. Are they having you assemble the same way as any other curved design by pinning in the center then at spaced intervals? That is the only way I know. However there is a product on the market called a curvemaster. It is a special foot for sewing curves maybe that might help? Here is a link
