A Texas howdy!
I've been sewing since I was 8 years old and my stepfather wired wood chocks to the treadle so I could reach it, but I've only been quilting for 6 months. I'm like an addict -- I just keep making quilt tops (9 so far) but have yet to actually quilt anything. I am determined after the current project is done, I'm going to put the walking foot on the machine and actually quilt. Then I see another design I want to try and, well, you can guess.
I'm looking for a forum to hang out on since the one I've been on for the past two months has so many technical issues it's difficult to read and post on it. Lovely bunch of people and I'll miss them, but ease of posting is important to me. And you look like a great bunch of folks as well.
Thank you in advance for providing such a great venue for folks like me to learn from and (hopefully) contribute to.
