I'm a seriously lapsed quilter. I have a king-size scrap quilt that is half quilted but hasn't been worked on in around 3 years. I've been a quilter for aroung 30 years. Was heavily involved in our local guild, even held the office of president about 10 years ago but drifted away after that. I am scheduled to get certified on a longarm this weekend and hopefully finish the scrap quilt soon. Then I have my president's quilt top to do. I spend most of my time in the garden. My hubby and I got into tent camping about 4 years ago, mainly camping in N. Ga. and NC mountains...where we hope to retire in around 3 years.

Welcome back! The Quilter's Call will always becon! The longest UFO I have is about 3 years old, and someday it will have a purpose and I will get it finished! There's a great group of individuals on here who make both wonderful friends and a treasure trove of a source for advice, experience and inspiration. Good luck on your certification and very glad to see you on the boards!
