I would like to send quilt tops to somewhere in So. Calif. I am making primarily scrap quilts to decimate my stash. Hoping some organization can finish them off for a worthwhile charity.

most charitable organizations will only accept quilts that are quilted, bound, washed and ready for use-
a couple places that (might) accept your tops would be a local senior center- or guild

A local guild may could finish them for you or you could make QAYG and finish them up yourself.
