Hi any quilters from the san antonio or surrounding counties on line yet? I am newto quilting and would love to learn quilt techniques and shortcuts. :lol:

Welcome to all! I live within the metropolitan area but not in San Antonio. You might say that my town is located between San Antonio and New Braunfels. I believe that the city limits signs for Schertz and New Braunfels are back to back.

What a coincidence. You have cousins in Universal City, which is our sister city to the west, and I have cousins in Oklahoma. In fact, I'm a transplanted Okie. Since that happened in 1962, I usually say that I'm a Texan. Whereabouts are you located in Oklahoma? I still have 5 first cousins living in Guthrie and a brother in Oklahoma City.
