I started quilting about 14 years ago - before I had my children. I love everything about quilting, fabrics, and creating. I stumbled upon this community looking for some sewing machine help. Wow! So much information is here.
The world can never have enough quilters! And I like to share everything I know. I have taught informal quilting lessons in-person, via facetime, and even thru texting! But my day-to-day work interferes with my passion for sewing and fabric
Currently I sew on a PFAFF 2056 which I love. But I have recently put together a sewing area in the family room downstairs, and I am slowly taking over. I have collected a 1915 singer treadle which I love for storage, and more recent 1949 singer which I am picking up tonight!!! It doesn't hook the stitches together, so I am in for some reading, research before I take it in for someone else to look at!
