I bought one in March here in Fl. I know they were traveling thru at the time. Try calling the local Singer Store and see if they can help. I have the tel# for Worldwide 1 800 474-6437. The website I have is www.singerco.com I know they were sold out but try this and maybe you can find out where they are. In my booklet it seems they are in TN. Also see an e-mail [email protected] Good luck. PM if I can be of further help. That last e-mail was what I used to register my machine. Sue

thank you SOOO much ------ since it is Sat. afternoon I'm not having a lot of luck raising someone, but can probably on Monday------ this is GREAT news ..... I'm excited ... I've about worn in second one out ... so down to just one now and panic-ing .....
