still feel like newbie!
Hi! my name is jeanne, and live in toledo, ohio. I started quilting in Oct. 2007. My best friend wanted to take a quilt class and I had not run a sewing machine since 1967. After the 4 week class, my friend chose to never quilt again and I went out & bought a machine. I have made, every size quilt, as well as wall hangings, lots of baby quilts, table runners, etc. I have a sit down Tin Lizzie long-arm. I sew just about everyday, I turned our "formal" living room into my "woman cave" cutting table, sewing machines, ironing board, bins of stash, batting, buttons, etc. as well as a radio & wall mounted TV. What more could a girl want. the room is in the front of the house, so I open the windows an keep an eye on the neighborhood as well...LOL (not really). I do spend a lot of time out there.
