Thread: 3D block no Y seams!!

I just received Janet's email on this method. I am wanting to make my quilting group's challenge quilt in an attic window method,(we are using panels this year) and I think that Janet's tutorial will work just great for me.

Merry kite block? That's what I see when I click on path.....why would that be a Y seam? .....and how 3D? I must be missing something.....
