Having no idea how to make bias tape and needing it for my quilt binding I remembered this from a blog that I found last summer. I made mine 2 1/2" wide so I only got a little over 3 yards from my fat quarter but it was so easy.

I saw this as a demo at my LQS a couple of weeks ago. It is amazing. Haven't tried it yet but plan on it the next time I am ready to cut binding.

Great tutorial! I would add to spray starch the fat quarter twice with heavy duty spray starch before beginning to keep the bias from giving you problems. Spray on the opposite side of pressing to prevent flakes.
