    For all you Patriots

They do get where they need to be. Look at the picture.

This story was on the national news today. I was so emotional that I did not notice the quilt until you pointed it out. This is one of the most touching stories I have ever heard.
I am too POSITIVE to be doubtful, too OPTIMISTIC to be fearful and way to DETERMINED to be defeated.

no picture came up for me but I read the story. My son in law is career Army with too many deployments under his belt. So proud of all of our military folks. I made Brads quilt top a yr ago but I have never FMQ anything so I am scared of messing it up. Maybe I best stitch around and GIT ER DONE. I hope this young man and his family get a happy ending and he is on the mend

I saw that along with my DH. Often you think our DHs don't notice much but he brought up the quilt and asked if that was a quilt of valor! I said if it wasn't before it is now! We both teared up and DH said, "That "man" isn't down yet". When they can muster up that kind of strength. So proud of our military! Prayers from the Gulf for all and their families!

The photo you are discussing just came to me on Facebook so I have posted it on my home page for all who wish to see it. Look me up as Kelly Roxanne Logsdon. Glad to be of service.

    Madamekelly,
My Dh saw that picture and he asked if it was one of my quilts. I make wounded soldier quilts.
