It is very pretty! What type of thread does she use? It looks so shiny, but is it strong?

My 18yo DD and I took the Formal and Floral Design class from Irena Bluhm last summer. She is a lot of fun and a great teacher. What I took away from that class was: don't try to make your feathers mirror images of each other and all your designs perfect. The more improvisional and unmatched your quilting is, the better it looks overall. She helped me become a lot less uptight about and freer with the LA. And the quilts she displayed at the class were phenomenal!

The most amazing and beautiful video I have ever watched on LA free motion quilting! Thank you so much for sharing.

I don't have a long arm but it gave me ideas to use with my DSM. Thanks for the link!

Beautiful. I need a longarm. Unfortunately it's not in the budget.

Beautiful. That was amazing. Thanks for the link. I could just watch it for a long time what a talent. I just got a darning foot the other day and I am going to try to play. Wish me luck. Guess I have to start somewhere. Love seeing the things people can do. BrendaK

Made me think of a caricature artist, the way they can draw shapes so quickly. That's talent. I suspect few longarmers could draw as quickly even after loads of experience.
