Astronomical Quilt Block makers
Hi....i may be way behind the times...but i just found a great site that shows all 28 quilts they made with the blocks submitted for the Astronomical Block Challenge by Karen Nyberg (astronaut) at the Houston International Quilt Festival. My DGD Kylie submitted a paper pieced block that we made last summer - I posted a thread with her picture and the block back then - and i found her block in quilt # 24 on this site.
For any who participated and haven't seen their blocks in a quilt yet - or if you just want to look at all the great "star" blocks that were submitted...i found it at www.Cindy-campbell.com/?p=1875

I can't wait to see my DGD this afternoon to show her the print out i did of the quilt with her block in it !!!
