I found this link when I did a search last Friday. I made my tote on Sunday and Monday (I had the day off for MLK day).
The fabric is ulphostery (sp??) fabric I had at home already. I also had the foam padding. All I had to buy was the zipper and rings. I used my Joann's gift card (from Christmas), so the bag cost me $0. One of my goals this year is to use my stash more.
