Here' s a demo. It's kind of annoying, but the machine looks very cool and would be neat for quilting projects. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWmEAGdElq4

You're right. It would be great for quilting projects. I wonder what it costs. There isn't a BabyLock dealer near me. If anyone knows the price, please let us know. Thanks for the link, Candace. BTW, my daughter is named Candyce.

It is only for quilting. Looks like hand stitching on top & a chain stitch on back. Pricy. I have seen it at our local dealer.

Here in Edmonton, it was on sale for $1500. I would love to have one.

My mom just bought one. It was on sale for $1900.00 here in South Dakota. It is absolutely the coolest machine to quilt with.

My mom and I do alot of Japanese quilting and the Sashiko just really makes a wonderful design on the quilts.

It is a big machine. Very heavy too. I know this is going to sound weird but it does not use thread on the top of the machine. It only uses a bobbin. Took a bit to get used to but it is a nice machine.
