    Batkics sale !!!

I just noticed a sale for batkics on Whittlesfabrics.com. They are made by MDG Fabrics and I don't know anything about that mfg. But they are on sale @4.50/yd.

Maybe some on this board knows something about the mfg. and if their fabrics are quality or not. Just thought some of you might want to check it out.
Families are like old quilts....although they tend to unravel at times...each can be stitched back together with love.

I have found several LQS selling MDG fabrics on line. Some of the cottons, like "sanata globe" was selling for $8.50 per yard. Their batiks...on two at one shop were selling for $5.00. I will keep looking.

I found a shop that has an extensive selection of these batiks and they are selling for $600 per yard. http://laurasfabric.com/index.php/sh...-batiks?page=2
I can't get the address to highlight, so you may need to go to the site and click on the MDG fabrics

Deenatoo, did the same thing. I just had to see what fabric that was priced at $600.00 per yard looked like. lol. Sorry Diana, I thought there was an error, but I wanted to be sure.
I received an email from Keepsake Quilting.com and they have their batiks on sale right now.

I did a little investigating. MDG is Marshall Dry Goods in Batesville, Arkansas. They sell retail and wholesale.
