I make 'corn warmers' out of regular popcorn.

Small ones for sweatshirt pockets so hands can warm up at work after heating for 1 minute every so often...it really helps because I can't do anything with cold hands.

Long narrow ones for across the neck to soothe achy muscles.

Larger rectangular ones for backs (achy muscles) and laps (again trying to stay warm).

At home on the bed I 'invested' in an electric blanket. I only warm the bed with it and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!! Nothing better than getting in a WARM BED when your physically tired, tense and sore.

I love those too! I've made so many I've lost count! As a matter of fact I have about 7 sitting in my sewing room right now waiting for a home. I use rice.

this is the one I did the other day and I am addicted to it already! This a.m. I sat at the computer with it under my feet...felt wonderful and I use it while sitting on the sofa..so warm and toasty..Have made the ones for aches and pains but never need them and I have made little square ones for my hands and given tons of those for little gifts....mom loves them for her hands as she has arthritis and they feel good being warm...

These sound easy to make and wonderful to use. I can't go to sleep if my feet are cold and I'm sure that my husband would love it if I stopped putting them on him to warm them up!!!!
