Default Bias binding

I watched a YouTube video posted on Pinterest on making bias binding. I thought others might be interested. If you go to YouTube and type in The title - Londa demonstrates how to fold fabric to cut long strips of Bias - it should come up. Looks really fast and easy.

Thanks, bias binding has never been my favorite way to bind a quilt but sometimes you need to do it!

I never liked to try and make bias binding until I found this way. Now I use it all the time, really quick and easy

How do I find the one you are talking about out of the many on there and it doesn't show Londa in the titles. Thank you.

I need a link also. I'm not too computer savy.
What I don't like about the method of making continuous bias binding is that there are so many seams and a lot of them are very close together.

I just typed in "londa demonstrates how to fold fabric to cut strips for bias" in Google search mode. See if that will work for you.

here are pictures if you can't find it. She said you can use any size rectangle but the bigger the piece of fabric, the longer your bias strips will be. After cutting the strips, you need to sew them together at the 45 degree angle.

Thank you Tartan. I knew there had to be an easier way to do this so I appreciate the YouTube recommendations and the great folded paper diagrams you have provided. Thanks for taking the time to do this!
