My beloved husband made one for me....it's 25" x 65". Then I asked him to make it more scootable across the carpet in the sewing room so I could use it at either machine. The rubber tips on the legs just didn't like the carpet!!
He went to the hardware store and after two attempts I can now easily scoot it anywhere!!

I love, love, love mine, too. My friends loved it so much that we made a project day and made 2 more! One friend's husband was so helpful, and recently built a storage table out of 2x4s and bolted it on top... Then a month later, decided to finish the basement where her sewing area had been... She's back to ironing upstairs in the dining room on the standard ironing board. I love the versatility of my cover, made like this tutorial. I can use my ironing board for shirts and clothing, or pop the bigger top on for pressing yardage.
