    Billie Lauder patterns

I love Billie Lauder's quilts and her books. They are easy to read and understand, and the quilts are gorgeous. I ordered another book today and sadly learned that they are being discontinued. Billie hasn't written any books for over three years and the company that prints them is not going to print them anymore. Once the current stock is gone, that's it. Some books are already gone. If you want a Billie Lauder book, you may want to get it before stock runs out. You can find them at Easymade Publications at shop.easymade.com

I have three of her books. A lot of Billie's techniques are very similar to Jenny's.

I think she use to own the Quilt Emporium located in Woodland Hills. She had excellent taste of fabric in her store. I had heard she sold it so I haven't been there is quite a while. She really had a unique way of piecing quilts.

She wrote Sudoko with Donna Slater of the Feathered Nest. Donna is located in Merrimac WI. She is still writing patterns and speaking. Her methods are like Billie's. Donna has also written some patterns for Accuquilt.
