Default Binding Dilemma Solved!

I was talking to my dear quilty friend, Ronda (rwquilts) today and mentioned that every single time when I'm binding a quilt, the part where you attach the tag ends throws me into confusion. She sent me a link to this tutorial. Wow! Easy as pie. Thank you, Ronda -- my quilty friend to the rescue!

Great tutorial! One of the best I've seen on the topic. I bookmarked this so that I can watch it, try the technique, and watch it again. Thanks for sharing!!!

The Quilt Show has a good one this week, on how to use the binding attachment on your machine.

I don't do competitions, but this is really a great way to beautifully complete a quilt that most likely already has a lot of work in it. Why mess up the finished product with a sloppy binding? Thanks for the link!

I have used that method for a couple of years now and think it can't be beat. I don't do everything she recommends in the glue department, but my bindings have improved a lot since I started following her methods.

Ronda said she uses a glue stick! A lot less mess, I think.
