store closing

Anyone in the Springfield, Illinois area----Hancocks Fabric at the White Oak's Mall is closing. I was in there today. They have a spot the bolt sale. Everything I bought was 70 percent off. Then I got another 20% off of that. Right now most fabric prices are about 20% off of regular price and you have to buy at least 2 yards. That is why I only bought the really really good deals today. Got 20 yards!!!!

Wish I either lived closer or didn't have to work ... by the I can make it there (Saturday) it will be wiped out.

Wow. I haven't been to the mall on a long time. Sorry to hear it's closing. We go to Quincy mostly. Same distance, but better drive and have friends there.

Wow! closing? Hmmmm...I did need to go to Springfield ! I live about 45 minutes from there. Probably a mad house there tho.

when did the sale start? why are they closing? I always stop there on my way to Quincy, IL for a weekend of quilting with my cousin. I am REALLY going to miss them.
