the printer size scaling has to be set to none or the page gets cropped.

i just got that information from a newsletter from them saying that and i was simply passing it on to anyone interested.

it relates to an earlier judy martin pattern available on her website for free.
    very pretty.

i'm checking my stash as we speak. if i have everything i need i may very well do it. i'm working on a wall hanging for my sister that i hate (that's why it's taking so long) but i may start cutting if i have the yardage.

do you think you'll try it? i'm thinking smaller, not larger. around 50 x 50, not bed size. or as close as it comes.

i dont have quite as much as they indicate, but i think that by making it 52 x 52 and cutting the traditional way (tracing around a template), i can squeek out what i need. i think hand cutting lets you save on some fabric. if i run out of fabric - guess what - it'll be smaller! what do you think?

one thing that i do like is that the pieces are big, so even tho it's fussy, it should go pretty well.

I was thinking the same as you smaller size. Too much for a bed size. I think. What colors are you thinking of. I am looking at my stash and thinking but not sure. May put if off untill after the holidays. :D

i started one block in gold, orange and yellow. yeech! it sounded better than it looked. i it was slow going and i agree with you about putting it off for a while. i put the instructions and the the started block in a plastic bag and pinned to the wall so i don't forget about it. i still would only do 52 x 52 for a good wall hanging size.

next time i might do their colors and buy the right fabric, because that was what attracted me in the first place.

there's a clearance center near me and sometimes they run additional sales. i would definitely wait for that. if i can't find the colors, i'll go online.
