Over the weekend I was working on some fusible fabric ands somehow manged to get some of the adhesive on my iron. Well needless to say, it sticks will. So i went in search of how to remove it, so I thought I wold share my find in case anyone else has a need.

Thanks for the link.

I didn't see a caution about following your manufacturer's directions...especially when it comes to 'self-cleaning' irons.

Pulled my directions out and it said not to use 100% distilled water. Use either tap water alone if under 12 grains of hardness or 50/50 tap and distilled or bottled spring water. It also said not to use descaling agents (vinegar or other products like it) that can damage the lining of the iron.
