Clothes pin bag
This is just so dang cute I thought I would share the link with everyone. I know it say's it is a clothes pin bag, but I think it would be cute as a hang up in a kids closet for loose belts or maybe stockings? What do you think it would be cute as?

I am thinking it might even be nice to store sewing accessories in on the sewing room wall.

I too have a peg bag, just like that, made by my grandmother. It must be 60 or 70 years old, and a real treasure. The top of the "dress" is hessian, and the skirt section is red cotton gingham. It became mine when my mother passed in 2011. I have kept the pattern you posted, just in case I ever want to make one of my own one day. Thanks for posting it.

Much easier to take a little kids short sleeved dress shirt and sew up the front from the bottom to the top two buttons. Then sew across the bottom. Put it on a chlidren's clothes hangar and there you go. Cute, recycled, and useful!

I am so glad everyone is enjoying the link to the clothes pin bag. I remember one hanging on my mother's line when I was a child. So cute!
aussiequilter, you are so lucky to have your grandmothers bag. How fun.
