Thanks for the heads up and the link for the BOM. I also was looking for it. Now, I think I like it, I need the experience and I certainly have enough in my stach. I think I will be on board with it.
Welcome to the Quilting Board!

Thanks for the heads up and the link for the BOM. I also was looking for it. Now, I think I like it, I need the experience and I certainly have enough in my stach. I think I will be on board with it.
Yeah...I didn't care for 2013 finished quilt so didn't do it. I'm hopeful this year's will be more to my liking:>
Hartllk, your quilt came out beautiful!! I also wasn't crazy about it but the fabrics you used sure changed my opinion!!! Great job.
When it seems like the world is falling to pieces remember that the pieces are falling into place. We are nearing closer to the End Times.
Please post the link when available.
I agree with the others. I did not like the quilt with the fabric choices, but yours like great!
Bummer, not what I had expected and not my style. I don't mind "paying" for patterns or BOMS, but generic star blocks aren't what I'm looking for.

this is the free BOM I think.
But it's the same as http://quiltdoodledesigns.blogspot.n...onth-2014.html
In the 2nd one there are already directions for the snowman block.
Thanks for the links, I love the snowman!
I fell in love w Amy Gibson doing the free Craftsy 2012 BOM, so I bought her 2013 Sugar Block Club patterns & the 2014 that just started. For less than $1 a month, you can't go wrong. Amy's blog is Stitchery Dickery Dock. Craftsy .com now has a $15. 2014 BOM called Lucky Stars. I'm going to try that too. My theme for this year is perfecting stars. I find these classes to be a good value.
