    im going to try this next week. I think i will change it though to make it a dress with a tail.

    What about Joanns or Hancocks with the "fancy" fabric for like wedding and prom dresses ?

    If you have a thrift store near you...now is the time that they have prom dresses & fancy evening gowns for as little as a couple dollars.
