    Cut Work Portraits Book

Has anyone seen the Cut Work Portraits Book? It's actually on CD. I have never seen a book on CD but it's actually pretty cool. It has patterns and lots of information. Just wondered if anyone else has bought this yet.
Blessed are the quilters, for they are the piecemakers.

Yes I purchased it . Also on CD , don't think there was a paper edition due to costs . I really enjoyed watching the CD , now all I have to do is get off my rear & start & finish a graduation portrait for my GD. I only have till June 6th . Have you tried doing one yet ?

Wasn't it a board member that made the CD? Who was it? I am interested in buying it.

Yes, she's here on the board. Contact grammatjr and she will tell you how to get one. And yes I have made one. I actually made the Christmas one of Mary, Joseph and the Baby. Have 2 kids getting married this year and next year. Thought I might try the wedding rings one also. So much fun. Our pastor is leaving next month. I have a great picture of her. Thought I might try my own pattern and give her a going away gift.

I, too, have it and love it. I confess to having contributed two of the photos for the book and being a major fan of her awesome work. The CD comes with a lot of patterns plus full directions on making your own.
If you search the board, you can find some of her quilts which are amazing.
Making wall hangings from personal photos is such a wonderful one of a kind gift. You know no one else will be duplicating your efforts! Smiles and hugs!

I believe UFOs are like scraps, ferns and dust bunnies. Once you get two, they send spores out into the air and more just happen anywhere the spores meet.
