I just started started making the disappearing 9 patch on April 29th and is so much fun. I am making a lap quilt and all made from fat quarters!

I found a tutorial to share with all of you online.

What wonderful and interesting site. I truly enjoyed it and also the tute is great. A really new way to use "scraps" and the "plain" 9 patch to make it so much better. Thanks a bunch. Kutnso

I made one from a Civil War charm pack that turned out very nice. So far I have only the top done. Ihad it assembled once, but ripped it apart as the quilting I did was pretty shaky. So now I am going to try again as soon as school is out. I will post a photo when done.

Thank you for sharing. I like this Christmas-table-topper & plan to make one. I printed a copy (printer friendly), just in case, coz Christmas is still a long way to go.
