Do you use the Kwik Klip tool safety pins to baste quilts?

A friend of mine has mentioned using one but I never have and was just looking at it Sunday at JoAnn's but didn't buy one as I had no clue how they would work. Thank you for the visual tutorial. Next time I go, if they have one, think I'll pick one up as I do use a lot of pins to baste my quilt.
