I loved some of the classes offered at this website but can't imagine a course over the internet. Has anyone tried one of these?

Yes, I took the EQ6 classes, they were quite helpful. Would have been better had I continued to practice the program. Now I will have to start all over with all my notes and lesson. Was worth it tho.

I watched one on embroidery (machine) and found it helpful. It gave some helpful hints, etc. It was free. I also watched some free ones through another site that offered them free for Dec. Really learned a lot from Linda Taylor's demo of machine quilting but don't think I'd pay for them. Too much is available on YouTube for free!

I took five courses with them. To try it is to adopt. The explanations are clear with plenty of pictures and graphics. Th The lessons come online Friday night at 6 o'clock sharp. You can ask as many questions as you can and get answered inside 24 hours. There is a board where you can post pictures of your work in progress, Penny for penny, it is the best course you can follow, no pressure to buy, the supply list is clear, you use fabric from your stash, you work on your own time, in your house, no running around. The LQS charges $65.00 for 4 hours of Hand Quilting. I paid $28,00 and I printed all the lessons . (No need to buy the teacher's book). They have well known teachers like Nancy Lee Chong ,Bethany Reynolds et al. A little discipline from your part and you will get the results, I am all for it.

Yes, I took a design class. Well worth the money, it really wasn't very expensive given the level of instruction. I had to work and stretch my brain, learned a lot. Would like to take an EQ7 class.
