Just read the ad..Big Lots has fat quarters for $1.00..no clue what the quality is yet, but worth checking out if you have a Big Lot store nearby!! Will be trying to get there later today..If I do, I will report on what the fabric is like!!

I've actually picked up a few of them in the past - the fabric is not quilt shop quality, but is fine for quick scrap projects. I've noticed that some Big Lots locations have them all of the time, while others only have them during these special sales.
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.
I've gone looking for it in three different locations in the past month, with the gas I spent looking, I could have used on fabric at a local fabric store and come out ahead.
They're really poor quality, FYI.
Luckily, my Big Lots is very very close and I like to go in and browse!! I've seen them there once before but wasn't much choice so probably missed the good stuff. I'll have to get there quick this time!!
The ones I saw at our Big Lots were not good quality at all. I wouldn't buy them.
The ones I've seen at ours before were NOT good ... designs were all mis-printed. But maybe these are better ?
Bought some nice FQ bundles at Tuesday Morning a few mos ago, and all I'd seen there in the past were low quality ... ya never know

I have bought some of theirs mine was a real good quality
Like anywhere try to feel them and see if you can look at them in the light.
I wasn't disappointed on the ones I bought.

You can buy $1.00 Fat Quarters all the time at AAAQuiltersSupply.com plus great quilters quality fabric there, too for usually $ 3.85 per yard.Originally Posted by Pat625
Just looked at the site. Very interesting, will bookmark this one. Looked at the fat quarter and jelly rolls...not much there but the two "Stripes" jelly rolls for $21.00are the same ones I bought last year at Walmart for $15.00. Not great quality, but did two jelly roll quilts for a local charity.
