Leah Day has an AWESOME blog where she introduces a new FMQ design every day for this whole year. 365 free FMQ designs. The tutorials are at: freemotionquilting.blogspot.com

Each one is listed on her blog by day, category and type. On each selection is a YouTube tutorial that runs about 1 or 2 min and shows how she stitches it, and with dialogue. Great tutorials. You can also subscribe to the YouTube channel for her so you will get that e-mail each morning letting you know that a new one is up.

Not affiliated with her in any way. Just sharing one of the best Tutes I have ever seen.

I've been following Leah for over a year now...and have ordered the Isachord thread and one of the custom sewing tables from her. She's a really great person...very warm and helpful...I have been a hand quilter for over 30 years but have been machine quilting the last 8 months...I attribute the enthusiasm and expertise (a little anyway) :)....all to Leah!
