Thanks for posting this. I signed up as well, just not sure when I will ever get started on it, have a lot on my platter just now, way too much for just a plate. lol. Glad their classes do not expire.

Carol - thanks for posting this - I hadn't checked yet but of course I signed up! I sign up for every one of Craftsy's free classes, no matter what the topic. The cooking one on knife skills is very interesting, actually.
