Thank you so much for the link. I downloaded the software and can't wait to get started. I have been looking for the perfect bargello pattern to do. Thank you again.

Great idea for a great quilt. I just wanted to warn you of what happened to me. I tried to download the software and in less that two minutes my Norton security software deleted the setup file. Said it was a medium risk and the reputation of software was BAD. Free can be dangerous. Good luck and be careful.

Oh dear, I hate to hear this. When my son downloaded this around Christmas, my computer was new and still on the McGruff Security software. It didn't mention a thing. Since then, my husband signed me up for another security system, (not sure which....I should know, but I don't), and it didn't give any kind of alert either.

Did you try to download it after reading this thread, or was it not as recent as that? I guess my son downloaded it about Dec. 20.

I downloaded the software but then my computer would not open. After deleting and downloading again and it still didn't work I just deleted the program. Rats.

Well, phooey. Guess I should quit saying good things about it then....

(Edited.....I went to the site and it said "free downloads for Windows 2000, SP, VISTA, Windows 7 and Windows 8. Maybe that is the problem? I have one of those, apparently...and maybe you and Rombols don't? At any rate, I am sorry it didn't work for you. I am having fun with it with no problems.)
