Default Free Full Embroidery Software

If you were ever interested in a software program here is one that is offered for free. It is the full version. I've heard good things about this program but have not tried it but am going to, I have embird and just can't seem to get a handle on it

This seems too good to be true. Has anyone tried it? Is anyone using it? Is it very user friendly? I'm sorry for so many questions I'm just new at this.

btiny let us know how you find it after you have tried it (we will let you be the guinea pig LOL) I have the free version of Stitch Era Plus (comes with no directions) Very difficult, I mostly use it to change extensions (.jef to .pes etc.) I would love to be able to digitize.
Donna...neither of those links opened for me.

Thank you so much!! My new Brother PE 770 literally had just arrived by Fed-Ex about 5 minutes before I read your post!

I just purchased and received the Brother PE-780D, which is just the PE-770 with additional Disney designs built in. I had ordered the PE-770, but they were out and asked if they could send the PE-780D for the same price instead. I just downloaded the trial version of Embird yesterday and will download this one later today. Once I try them both out, I'll decide which is better for my use.

Actually this site does kinda help, but I found some youtube videos like 16 of them to watch. This might help even more

Based on my review of the site, I noticed the following. When running the free program, you must be connected to the internet. You will see advertisements on the right side of the screen, when using the software. However, the program does appear to have all the features of the costly versions of other software products. In fact, it appears to have all the features of their $699 package, with some limitations. Fewer fonts, fewer monograms, a stitch limitation of 40,000 stitches per design and some minimal functionality differences. But it appears, it will meet most people's home needs.
