Yes, it is the same as Rhonda's block just a different way of achieving the same look. Thanks for the post though.

I like this! Nice accurate piecing for the blocks. What size is the square template? Thank you.

I was thinking it'd have to be about 4 1/2" diagonally from corner to corner. Cause the radius goes from the middle seam line to the outer edge of the strip. Is it still called a radius if it's a square not a circle, whatever, the shorter line.

Thanks for sharing it looks like Rhonda Boston Block. I like doing her blocks. She has some great blocks.

If she were to sew both sides of the two strips together, she'd have HST blocks (with bias edges) left over. Might be a little less work for the border blocks. I'd like that better.

It was neat. But I think I'll try putting the strips together like she did but then sew down both sides & use the Wonder Cut ruler.

I liked the tutorial and the pattern so I downloaded and saved to my ever growing list of patterns. I will check to see if I have the ruler or find a friend who has one.
    thanks for the link.

If you have Quilt in a day 3 1/2"Fussy Cut Ruler it will work too. You can also make larger sq. by making wider strips like if you have 4" sq. ruler you need 3" strips 6" rectangals you will have a little more waste.
