Today I bent the truth to be kind, and I have no regret, For I am far surer of what is kind than I am of what is true.
That was a very neat backdrop of a Broken Star. That must have taken some time to paint. Funny how many little old ladies went to kiss him after he walked into the audience! Thanks for the post.
A Good Friend, like an old quilt, is both a Treasure and a Comfort
wow! I saw it right a way, then they lowered the other pieces I can see why your jaw dropped really different. pretty cool....
Quite the backdrop. Great song too.
The backdrop was wonderful, but I just love George he was a great!
George Burns was a wonderful man. The quilt painting behind him was amazing.
Quilt was beautiful....song brought a tear to my eyes. Thanks for posting this
Thank you for sharing that, I love that guy, and reemember watching him and Gracie when I was growing up. He is special to so many.
Both were great! He was so much fun to watch, both with Gracie and without. Love the Broken Star backdrop.
That was quite a backdrop and I love George Burns - believe it or not he is my friend's grandfather - my friend was named after her grandmother -Gracie - they have both been gone for a long time but we still have many videos and movies to remind us of their talent. I love listening to their old radio shows too. Thanks for sharing.
