    Great Deals on Fabric!

Just to let everyone know - there are tons of fabric recently marked 50% off at Hancock Fabrics. Lots of lovely fabric-novelties, flannel, fleece, cottons. I am going there this morning to shop!

Thanks, I got the notification as well. Our closest Hancocks os over 70 miles away and they're not very good there as far as variety goes....wish we had one of the NEW SUPER Hancocks around here, but I think the closest one is Longview and that's about 2 hours away. Our closest JoAnns is Shreveport, about 2 1/2 hours away or down around the Woodlands, close to Houston, another 2 1/2 hours away...either way, it's a day trip!
I'll probably head towards Hancocks today after I make up a list of everything I might need when I get to Tyler as that too is almost a day trip! LOL,LOL
Hope you find lots of good stuff!
Those who are piecemakers will sew seeds.

    Hugs,
    Drue

I have got to stay out of the fabric stores for awhile. I have material runneth over now and not much time to use it lately. I just got back from Hancocks of Paducah. It is awesome and huge. I do shop often at our local Hancocks but need to stay out of that for awhile too, til I get use of some of what I got.

I guess I am lucky I have 5 quilt shops, a JoAnns and 2 Hancock fabric stores within 15 miles of my house. This isn't good for my fabric budget. I pass JoAnns and Hancocks every day on my way home from work. I need to stay out of fabric stores. I figured if I start sewing now and sew for 10 years I probably won't run out of fabric. SO where am I going today..... a quilt show.
