    Handy Tool for Paper Piecing

I came across this Power Clipper almost 30 years ago when I began paper piecing and found it a wonderful tool for holding several layers of paper firmly together when cutting templates. I've Googled and find it is also named Smart Clipper today. This tool can be used for holding fabrics together for cutting small pieces but care needs to be taken to avoid stretching or tearing fabric. I'm about to start the Millefiori Passacaglia quilt and am using my old power clipper to cut the paper templates.

Can you post a picture? When I google Power Clipper or Smart Clipper I get all kinds of nail
    or hair clippers.

SW, every now and then I like to get rid of stuff I no longer use lol....this set seem to be more trouble that it was worth. I got the original set, maybe they have improved on it with a later model. I also had bought the curve tool that didn't really do it for me either, I can sew a curve pretty good without it lol....well I try....

Just a little word of warning folks, if you do use it to cut fabrics, be sure to keep templates top and bottle of the little stack so as to take pressure off fabric. I'm pleased to contribute a useful idea to those who needed one - see, we all have secrets which will come out in the end LOL! Now you're showing off Rosy and that's allowed on this site LOL! How lucky we are to have each other. Happy Mother's Day to us all.
