Check out Richard Millers web page on quilting frames.

I use mine in the free float method with 2 rails instead of 3.

You used your own machine and $250 of parts? He gave you the parts but that's approximately the price of the parts. :?:

No I bought parts from him but it didn't cost that much. The rest of the money was cost of lumber, legs, stain for table.http://buildaquiltingframe.weebly.co...cut-parts.html

This page has the parts I bought with the prices.

I have a used Handi Quilter that I got at a bargain price. Yours looks great! What sewing machine do you use with yours? Mine is a Brother 1500 and does a great job. It doesn't have a stitch regulator, but I'm practicing and hopefully getting better.

I'm using a Juki TL98E with a speed control. I can't afford a stitch regulator. It doesn't like Star thread so have to find new brand.
