This is a great video and she teaches very well. Easy to understand, not long winded, good visuels(sp).

Plus, watching this took me to a great crochet video taught by Mickey. Yep, he's a guy and does a darn great job, too.

Thanks for sharing that- I am about to start binding a table runner and not sure yet how to go about it. This explained it very well. I may still tack it down with hand sewing but for now it will work.
