    Me too makes it look so easy especially if you do it block by block on a dsm.

    It didn't look like a zipper foot to me but a darning foot. I tried that with a ruler and it takes a lot of skill to move the quilt along with the ruler.

    do a search ...there are a few places on line now that sell the rulers like that used for long or mid arm quilting. in my latest nancy's notions catalogue she has a set ..pricey. i will buy individual rulers as need arises.

    i have zipper foot, need to try this! looks pretty easy ...or as easy as machine quilting can be with a little practice!

    I was thinking...how about if you take that "spare" ruler you have, and glue something like a small spool or whatever on it, like those 2 'handles' on her ruler...............and make one of your won............anything that would be like the 'knob" should work.......what do you think?
