Nice to see you posting again, Craftybear. . . and as always it really neat.
I do basically the same thing, but I fold my fabric selvage to selvage then fold to selvage. I found that with the longer lengths of fabric if you fold it like she does you get a big bump on the end that takes up unneeded space and I have less room for fabric.
