How to make a glove work with a touch screen

I finally found an idea to share with all of you. I don't have a smartphone - but I'm sure lots of you do. This idea uses a conductive thread to hand sew onto the tips of gloves so a person doesn't have to take their gloves off to use the touch screen of their phone. Hope it proves to be a good idea for some of you. There is a good video tute - click on it in the first part of the description.

Dillards, Penny's, and lot of places online have the gloves. I tried on a pair and tested them out. They work but only if you touch exactly where the thread is so it would be better to sew the thread exactly where you finger fits in the glove. There is conductive thread for sale on Ebay and DH had some in his shop! You can get the conductive thread at most electrical supply houses too. Some are more conductive then others so ask for the best silver conductive thread. Also if you have old headphones the wire is in them too. The more expensive the headphones the better the wire. Never throw away expensive headphones, you paid for the wire. LOL
    Got fabric?
