I really like using the Angler but it's out of date and awkward to remove and put on. The new one is clinging vinyl and stays in place and easy to remove and put on. So much better. http://www.newleafstitches.com/index...d=15&Itemid=73

I just used a piece of painters tape, way cheaper than $11. Measure from needle down.
Better to do something imperfectly, than nothing perfectly.
    Done is better than perfect.

I've used the old one, but lost the "key" that you cut out........ The new one with the clinging .......hmmmmmmmmmm..........I'll have to check that one out at the LQS.

Unless you have used the Angler there is no way to know how it is better then the tape method. I use to use the tape method too.
    Got fabric?
