How to make your pics smaller so they upload quicker

Hans found it for me. It's free, the instrutions how to load it are on the site but bassically you just click and drag your pic into it and hey presto! It reduces the file size - resolution is hardly effected at the size we post on the board and pics upload almost instantly! Try it! :D
