There is a sale on right now for 10% off that price or 1.35 per qtr. I think you have to have a keyword from a newsletter for the sale prices. But you can just sign up for it and they will send you the word for the month. They cut by longer pieces if you order more quantity by qtrs increments, and they REFUND shipping overestimates and have free ship over a certain order amount! Fast service too.

I buy most of my fabric here, and I have never been disappointed. They can get 25 yards in a Flat Rate Box for $8.10, and that's a lot of fabric. My favorites are the fat qtr bundles. Stash builders of up to 100 different fabrics and all at only 1.50 per fat qtr. There are other regular fabrics too, but i just like repros. There are free patterns to download and lots more about antique quilts too
