Wonderful printing and that cotton stuffing looks very soft. Before modern cotton batts, loose cotton used to go into antique quilts. That's why they were so tightly quilted so the cotton wouldn't shift.
Thank you for posting this. It was a learning moment for me. Much better appreciation of what goes into this hand working process.
