Inexpensive Scissors to clip rag quilts

http://www.harborfreight.com/7-inch-...ors-97042.html I purchased these to clip the three rag quilts I made recently. They worked really well. I was easily able to cut thru 2 layers of denim and 4 layers of flannel.
Singer 66 treadle, 15-91. JC Penney 6923. White 2334 Brother serger. And Singer 600 (Touch & Sew) that doesn't count because I only wanted the cabinet! RIP Singer 1036

I will have to make a trip to Harbor Freight....again. Thanks for the tip.

I bought a small (approx 2") pair of serrated scissors ($3) in the fishing department of Bass Pro. Great for ribbon.

Those look like just the ticket. I have a pair of the more expensive ones from Joann's that I love but I would love to get these as a back up.
    What dept. were they in?

I brought snips from the dollar store. I like them so well I got another pair. I also like harbor freight for things like that.
